Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data of Zíro.

By providing your data, you give your prior, express, and informed consent for your personal identification data, demographic data, financial data, associated with habits and financial behaviors, consumption and payment, contact information, your profession or trade, salary, income and expenses, biometric data, among others, to be collected, processed, transferred, transmitted and/or shared, at a national and international level, even with third parties located in countries that do not provide adequate levels of protection, by Somos Ziro S.A.S., a company headquartered at Av. Santander 65 – 15, Local 115 in Manizales, Caldas with NIT 901592209-1 (“Ziro”) or whoever it determines. Hereby, you also authorize Ziro to access, collect, and process the personal data that Ziro receives from third parties, including financial, commercial, and credit information centers, and operators of social security information authorized by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection (information operators of PILA) and for them to supply ZIRO with such data for the purposes set forth in this document.

These activities will be carried out for the purpose of: (i) confirming, updating, and verifying your information and identity; (ii) managing collections; (iii) establishing and managing a contractual relationship; (iv) contacting you for commercial, marketing, and management purposes related to the contractual relationship, through any means; (v) conducting statistical analyses and credit prospecting; (vi) conducting satisfaction and quality surveys; (vii) verifying and managing compliance with legal and contractual obligations, including fraud and money laundering control and prevention; (viii) consulting and reporting to restrictive lists and information centers; (ix) receiving information from third parties about your contact, identification, and income; (x) accessing or using income validation tools, predictive income tools, fraud prevention tools, and in general, to conduct adequate credit risk management; and (xi) preventing and mitigating financial risks, identity theft, and fraud, among others.

You declare, guarantee, and represent that you have the prior, express, and informed authorization of the third parties from whom you provide personal data. You also declare that you are aware of the optional nature of questions regarding sensitive personal data.

You accept and acknowledge that you have been informed of the rights that you have as the holder of personal data, among which are the right to request information, updates, deletion, and/or rectification of your personal data. You also have the right to request proof of the authorization granted to Ziro and to be informed about how Ziro uses your data. You may file complaints for violations of the data protection regime with competent authorities and revoke this authorization as long as there is no legal or contractual obligation to remain in the database.
