Rates for September 2025

Current interest rates:

• From 0% E.A. (0% M.V.)

• Up to 25.01% E.A. (1.87% M.V.)

Late fee: Up to the maximum legally allowed, equivalent to 1.5 times the current banking interest for the respective credit modality, certified by the SFC for the applicable month.

Collection fee for 2025

If a customer falls into arrears, and as long as ZIRO incurs in collection management, ZIRO may charge fees corresponding to collection expenses and transfer them to the customer starting on the 16th day of delinquency for each product that is in default of payment. These will be charged according to the following rates, calculated as a % of each payment made by the customer.
