What is Zíro?
Zíro is a technology-based company that offers financial services to micro and small entrepreneurs in Latin America.
Currently, we provide financing to individuals under the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) model at physical points of sale and in the online stores of our partner providers. Zíro does not provide cash loans or electronic transfers to accounts. This personal data treatment policy (the “Policy”) is directed to Ziro clients, users, and visitors of the Ziro website, and in general, to anyone whose Personal Data is being or will be processed by Ziro (the “Holder” or the “Holders”).
What do you need to pay with Zíro?
To apply for your credit and pay with Zíro, you must meet the following requirements:
Be of legal age.
Have your citizenship ID in physical form.
Have a mobile phone with a camera at the time of application.
A valid email address.
The approval of your credit is subject to compliance with Zíro's internal and risk policies.
What interest rate does Zíro charge for financing?
For the Buy Now Pay Later service, Zíro does not charge interest or any type of additional commissions or costs. However, if you do not pay your installment on time, late interest will be charged at the maximum rate permitted by law.
So, how does Zíro work?
At the moment, at Zíro we make win-win partnerships with your suppliers, from whom we deduct a small percentage of the value of your purchases as compensation for offering you flexible payment.
What other things should I know?
We are not responsible for the malfunction of the website.
You agree that digital channels are not always 100% secure.
Zíro is not the manufacturer, supplier, or provider of the goods or services you acquire with our partner suppliers. Zíro merely acts as a bridge for you to access financing for the services, products, goods, or merchandise offered by partner suppliers. For this reason, Zíro has no liability for failures or defects found in the purchased products or services. Any concerns regarding your purchase, complaints related to product quality or service provision, exercise of warranties, problems with your merchandise, or cancellation requests should be processed and communicated directly with the supplier from whom you made the purchase.
The supplier will be the only one responsible and in charge of claims related to consumer protection, warranty effectiveness, defective products, cancellations, and any claims you have related to the product or service acquired. Zíro is not involved in nor is a part of your relationship with the partner as the supplier of the goods and services you acquire from them. Therefore, Zíro will not share liability with the supplier in this matter. This does not limit our liability regarding the obligations and rights arising exclusively from our commercial relationship with your financing.
