How to participate?

1. You must be registered with zíro.

2. Fill out the form with:

   • The name of your fellow storekeeper or druggist, they cannot be registered with zíro.

   • The ID of your fellow storekeeper or druggist.

   • Your ID registered with zíro.

3. And you're done! Wait for the award day to know the winners.

This is what you can win

• The zíro customer who wins the raffle will receive a new television.

• The referred companion who wins will take home a $200,000 COP bonus to redeem on purchases with our partner providers (subject to coverage and availability).

Key Dates

• You can submit your form referring a companion between July 29 and September 5, 2025.

• The award will take place during the week between September 8 and September 12, 2025.

• The prizes can be redeemed between September 16 and September 30, 2025.

Terms and conditions of the zíro referral campaign

1. Organizer of the campaign

The campaign is organized by SOMOS ZÍRO S.A.S.

2. Who can participate?

All current zíro customers in the national territory can participate, except those located in the Colombian Caribbean coastal zone, and business owners (store, drugstore, minimarket, etc.).

3. How can I be a referred person?

I must meet the following:

• Have an active business (store, drugstore, minimarket, etc.).

• Be registered with zíro.

• Fill out the form shared with:

  • The name of your fellow storekeeper or druggist, they cannot be registered with zíro.

  • The ID of your fellow storekeeper or druggist.

  • Your ID registered with zíro.

4. What do I gain and what does my referred companion gain?

• The winner zíro customer will receive a 40-inch new television.

• The winner referred will receive a $200,000 COP bonus, which can be used to make purchases with partner providers of ZÍRO. This bonus is subject to the coverage and availability of these providers.

5. How are the winners selected?

The winners will be chosen from those who have met all the requirements in a raffle that will be announced in the week of September 8 to September 12, 2025, who will be contacted by phone.

6. Other important rules

• If we identify any attempt of fraud or false data, we reserve the right to disqualify the participant.

• It is not allowed to register referrals without their consent.

• The bonus is not redeemable for cash nor transferable to another person.

• By participating in this campaign, customers automatically accept all the terms and conditions stated here.

• ZÍRO reserves the right to modify the campaign at any time, at its discretion and in accordance with the company's internal conditions. In such case, customers will be notified by the same means used to inform them of the offer.

7. Protection of personal data
